    Orders are processed within 3-5 business days once items are in stock. Pre-order items require additional time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for pre order pieces to be received by us before they are prepared for shipment. Once your pre-order arrives to us, it will then take an additional 3-5 business days to process and ship to you. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.

  • Sizing, Fit & Comfort

    Our sets are designed to be comfortable,flattering, and stretchy. Most items fit true to size. For the best fit, we recommend checking our size chart before ordering. If your between sizes, sizing up is usually best for a relaxed feel.

  • Returns, Exchanges & Pretti Credit

    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases may be eligible for best solutions we see fit.
