Yes! We do our best to photograph and display our products as accurately as possible so you know what to expect. You may notice very slight differences in color or finish due to lighting or screen settings, but the overall style and appearance of your item will remain consistent with what is shown.

Not every PBH item is necessarily a traditional pre-order; however, we use our 4–8 week processing window as a precaution because product availability, supplier timelines, inventory arrival, and other unexpected delays can sometimes occur. Many orders may be fulfilled and arrive well before the full timeframe. Once shipped, standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days.
